Agreement Overview

These Terms explain the rules for using StarrPoint websites, products, services, and related features.

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and StarrPoint. By creating an account, joining a workspace, accessing the website, or using the product, you agree to these Terms.

If you use StarrPoint on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. In that case, the words you and your refer to both you and the organization.

A separate signed order form, subscription agreement, data processing addendum, or enterprise agreement may apply to your use of StarrPoint. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls for that workspace or subscription.

StarrPoint is a sales gamification, coaching, rewards, leaderboard, and analytics platform.

These Terms apply to trial, free, paid, and enterprise access unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

You should not use StarrPoint if you do not agree to these Terms.
