Use admin access sparingly

Admins can change workspace settings, rewards, point rules, and access. Keep this role limited to the people who need configuration control.

For most team leads, manager access is enough.

Give managers operational visibility

Managers should see team boards, coaching signals, and participation trends. They need enough context to coach reps without having full workspace configuration rights.

Review reps before launch

Before launching the first campaign, confirm every rep is assigned to the right team or group. Incorrect access can make leaderboards feel unfair on day one.
