Points are not appearing

Review point rules, activity source, date ranges, and eligibility when scores do not update.

Check the active rule

Confirm the point rule is active and attached to the board or campaign you are reviewing. Inactive or draft rules will not affect scores.

Confirm the activity qualifies

Review whether the activity matches the rule conditions. Date ranges, duplicate activity, canceled work, or missing approval can prevent points from appearing.

Review connected sources

If points depend on connected tools, confirm the source is active and the expected activity exists there. Some sources may take time to sync.
